RadioLab - An Overview (1 of 5) |
|
RadioLab is the powerful visualization module of PYTHA. As compared to
other rendering programs RadioLab has these two major advantages:
- RadioLab is fully integrated into the PYTHA system. This
means that the data of the modeler are passed to the renderer without any
loss by data conversion. This does not only refer to the geometry, lights
and materials, even the layer settings, part names and even parts list
information (price, article number etc.) of the modeler are available in
the visualization module.
- After very short calculating time RadioLab shows brilliant results
– almost the entire calculation in performed in real time.
This does not only mean that you can walk through the virtual
scene in photorealistic quality in real time, but also that
you may change material properties, textures, light sources etc with the
effect becoming visible immediately. Instantaneously you can check the results
of your changes in full resolution, the waiting times of a raytracing software
are bygone. Like this even an unpracticed user will easily find the proper
settings for a perfect result.
RadioLab – as real as the reality
itself! Compare the scenes below! To the left you see a photograph
of the real world, to the right the according RadioLab rendering.
Keep in mind: the RadioLab image as you get it on your computer is
not static! Using the mouse you can freely walk through the virtual
world (no pre-defined paths!) – you can turn on/off lights, open
doors, make sound noise etc. » next
